Getting Started [Training Mode]
Welcome to MyCivicsLife!
To get started quickly:
- Click "Next" and follow the on-screen prompts to create your citizen identity.
- Create your first class Community by hovering over the tools icon and clicking Manage Communities. You will be asked to create a unique access code for each Community you create.
- Share the access code(s) with your students.
- Have students create their accounts by going to MyCivicsLife.org and clicking Students: Join Your Class. They will be prompted to enter the access code you created.
- Create your first post in your Community. Click on the MCL icon and click the name of the Community you created in step two. Locate the post box near the top of the page and start typing! You can also upload and share media attachments (photos, videos, documents) or embed URLs or YouTube videos.

If you need help, you can click on the ? icon in the lower right-hand corner of the screen or visit our User Support Center.
