Contact Support

You may want to contact support for any questions, general comments, or reports of any problems or bugs you encounter while using the MyCivicsLife. The Contact Support form asks for information about the problem and submits that information to the technical team at MyCivicsLife. To contact MyCivicsLife technical support, hover over the Teacher Tools icon and click Contact support.

If you’re contacting support to solve a technical problem or error, you’ll also need details about what you were doing when the problem occurred. Please be as specific as possible: in order to fix your issue, technical support may need to recreate it first.

If you would like to be contacted by tech support via phone, there is also a field on the support form for your telephone number.

When you’ve entered this information into the form, click Submit. A pop-up will confirm that your request has been received, and someone from the MyCivicsLife technical team will respond to you within 24 hours.

Tip: If you’re unsure about how a feature works, don’t be shy about posting a question in the Teacher Community for other MyCivicsLife teachers to help! There is no such thing as a stupid question!
